C.I.P.E. (Training, Development and Testing Centre) was founded on October 4th, 1960 with the aim at achieving the aviation security and operational training needs.
C.I.P.E. is considered a national and international benchmark in aviation training as well as in the professional development of aviation operators and specialists by the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC).
C.I.P.E. trains and enhances the aviation personnelĀ“s skills and duties, mainly those related to ATS Safety Management.
Furthermore, it designs and assesses technical and operational procedures in order to support the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) with the management
of Air Traffic Services.
CIPE is aimed to be a national and international leading Training Centre. It is recognized for its academic excellence, equipment and service quality, fulfilling the highest International Standards within the Safety and Airworthiness Scopes.
Mission
Our mission is to consolidate in aviation training, development and consulting services on a national, regional and worldwide basis by fulfilling our own objectives aligned with the strategic objectives of ANAC, contributing to raise the level of Safety of our State, and committing ourselves, as members of the State Administration, to customer/user/citizen satisfaction, anticipating and facing complex and changing challenges.

To be recognized nationally and internationally as a leader for the training and development of people, as a provider of comprehensive consulting services and as a center of quality research and experimentation, in the field of Civil Aviation.
