Goal

This course will provide Training Managers with necessary knowledge, skills and attitude to consistently perform the development of a TPM and maintaining its validity in compliance with ICAO provisions contained in Annex 1 to the Chicago Convention and ICAO Doc 9841, Manual on the Approval of Training Organizations, in addition to applicable States regulations


Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, trainees will be able to:

  • Analyse the framework of the TPM to design
  • Organize the appropriate outline and content for the draft TPM
  • Maintain the validity of the TPM of an ATO

Primary Target Population

Training Manager, Instructors, Course Validators, Course Developers, Quality Managers, and Other Managers in a training organization


Secondary Target Population

Personnel of training organizations such as aviation safety inspector in addition to Technical Managers in CAAs.


Entry Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Training Manager, Instructors, Course Validators, Course Developers, Quality Managers, and Other Managers in a training organization
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as personnel of training organizations such as aviation safety inspector in addition to Technical Managers in CAAs.
