The goal of this course is to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the Risk Management Fundamentals and Applied Risk Management in Civil Aviation courses. Course participants are expected to develop and present a complete risk management implementation plan, framework/policy, and risk register template to help their organization to initiate or refine its risk management program.

The course will be conducted as a series of virtual and individual group coaching sessions with the objective to ensure that all participants experience the initiation, planning, execution, and management of a realistic risk management program in line with each participant’s organizational goals.

Fall 2025 Semester Launch

The Course # 3 -Integrated Risk Management Capstone- will take place every Thursday from November 6 to December 4, 2025, with live virtual sessions scheduled from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Montreal time). Please find the session dates below:

• November 13, 2025 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST)
• November 20, 2025 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST)
• November 27, 2025 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST)
• December 4, 2025 – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST)

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to develop the following documents for their organization:

1. Risk management implementation plan with timelines
2. Enterprise risk management framework/policy, and
3. Risk Register with examples of risks specific to their organization.

Aviation professionals and managers from Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs), operations officers, safety analysts, heads of safety performance, airport managers and other professionals interested in developing and implementing Risk Management programs.
