This course provides On-the-Job Training (OJT) instructors with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes required to effectively conduct OJT programs in accordance with the requirements stipulated in ICAO Doc 9941, Annex 1, and Doc 9868.

After successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

2. Plan OJT sessions

3. Conduct OJT sessions

4. Assess trainee's performance

5. Write a training report

1. Ab initio and current on-the Job Training (OJT) Instructors;

1. Good command of English Language.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in aviation related field.
