Human Resource Management in Aviation Industry
Goal
Participants in this course will learn about the tasks and responsibilities of human resources departments within all the units of the civil aviation sector which are involved in aviation operations globally for sustainable growth of the civil aviation system. Participants will also learn the fundamentals and practices of modern human resource management, with an emphasis on the strategic role it plays in preserving businesses' competitive advantages. This course will cover human resource management in the following areas: human resource planning, recruitment & selection, awareness of civil aviation law framework to produce safe and efficient air transport, compensation, employee relations, and diversity management.
Learning Objectives
- Define the functions of Human Resources (HR) departments within all the units of the civil aviation sector which are involved in operations collectively at both domestic and international level.
- Carry out recruitment for the aviation industry as part of the HR team.
- Train employees about civil aviation rules and regulations so they may advocate cultural shifts, diversity and organizational progress, at both national and international level.
- Guide employees toward long-term success and well-being.

· Aviation professionals and managers from Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs).

Entry Requirements
· Candidates must demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resource Management.
· At least 6 months experience in Civil Aviation and/or Air Transport industry.
· English language proficiency to successfully follow the Course
· Leadership skills.
· Organizational skills.
