This course will provide ATCOs with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes required to deliver simulation and on-the-job training

Upon successful completion of the course, the participants will be able to:

• manage safety during practical training
• prepare the practical training environment
• manage the trainee
• conduct practical training
• perform trainee assessment
• perform course evaluation
• continuously improve practical instruction performance

Simulator instructors that are required to carry out practical training of the air traffic controllers in ATS units and training organizations, Air traffic controllers, ATC instructors

Participants must hold or have held an air traffic controller licence. Fluent in Spoken and Written Russian.
