LETTER REQUIREMENT (PDF, 3MB Max)
The Employment Verification Letter must:
- Be printed on the National Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) letterhead including the NCAA full name, logo and address;
- State the applicant full name, job title, email address and phone number;
- Certify that the applicant is indeed employed by the NCAA and
- Be signed by senior management.

The Employment Verification Letter must:
- Be printed on the Regional Accident Investigation Organization (RAIO) letterhead including the RAIO full name, logo and address;
- State the applicant full name, job title, email address and phone number;
- Certify that the applicant is indeed employed by the RAIO and
- Be signed by senior management.
