Prepare qualified and skilled professionals to perform the multiple activities in the Civil Aviation Sector, specifically Air Navigation and Airport Management, through the carrying out of Professional Training Actions aimed at:
 Provide for the needs and corresponding to the expectations of the Customers;

 Contribute to the creation of a new professionals generation, more aware and better prepared, as well as to the profitability of the companies human capital in the sector in general and in particular ENNA-EP;

 Promote the personal and professional development of Trainees using, for this purpose, pedagogical models in constant evolution that have, as a reference framework, the permanent evolution of technologies applicable to the Civil Aviation Industry and the most modern management techniques in order to acheive an excellence in the training of the companies professionals in the Aviation Sector as its final objective.
