Goal

This course provides the apron management personnel with necessary competencies to ensure that the apron markings management is conducted effectively and efficiently, according to the ICAO Annex 14, Volume 1 and Doc 9157 Aerodrome Design Manual, Part 2 and Part 4.


Learning Objectives

Upon the successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Check aircraft stand markings;
  • Check taxiway markings;
  • Check ground traffic markings;
  • Take corrective actions for observations and non-conformities.

  • Module 0: Introduction
  • Module 1: Check the aircraft stand markings
  • Module 2: Check the taxiway markings
  • Module 3: Check the ground traffic markings
  • Module 4: Take corrective actions for observations and non-conformities

Primary Target Population

Apron management personnel in charge of apron markings.


Entry Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above;

- Have working experience in the airfield operations, have at least one year of working experience in the field of apron management is desirable.
