Goal

The course provides aviation professionals—including airport and airline planners, commercial strategists, and regulatory personnel—with the competencies required to design, implement, and optimize airport commercial strategies and traffic demand forecasts. Participants will develop the ability to align commercial planning with passenger and cargo demand trends, leveraging data-driven insights and forecasting tools. The course aims to enhance participants’ capacity to improve non-aeronautical revenues, integrate commercial and operational decision-making, and ensure financial sustainability of airport operations in accordance with ICAO standards and global best practices.

Entry Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience in aviation, economics, or business

Recommended prior exposure to commercial or operational functions in the aviation sector

Minimum English level B2 (e.g., FCE, IELTS 5.5, TOEFL 61+), no certificate is requiered
