Commercial management and traffic demand forecast applied to the airport sector
Goal
The course provides aviation professionals—including airport and airline planners, commercial strategists, and regulatory personnel—with the competencies required to design, implement, and optimize airport commercial strategies and traffic demand forecasts. Participants will develop the ability to align commercial planning with passenger and cargo demand trends, leveraging data-driven insights and forecasting tools. The course aims to enhance participants’ capacity to improve non-aeronautical revenues, integrate commercial and operational decision-making, and ensure financial sustainability of airport operations in accordance with ICAO standards and global best practices.
