The workshop aims to train managers selected by each State to implement the three phases of Aviation Training and Capacity-Building Roadmap as per ICAO Doc 10184, Assembly Resolutions in force.  

After completion of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Identify the steps for implementing the “ICAO Aviation Training and Capacity-Building Roadmap for States” 
• Structure a plan to apply the “ICAO Aviation Training and Capacity-Building Roadmap” for your State, as part of their Implementation of Aviation Training and Capacity-Building Strategies. 

Managers selected by States who are involved in human performance and resource planning with responsibilities for recruitment, training and professional development in CAAs and civil aviation stakeholders.

• Participants must be selected by States among managers involved in human performance, training and resource planning. 
• Participants must have at least 5 years of work experience. 
• Participants are expected to continue the work on the development and the implementation of the capacity-building roadmap in their State to support their CAA in this regard.
