Goal
ICAO's Policy on Interactions with External Parties Online Course is designed to enhance participants' understanding of ICAO's policies, guidelines, principles, and procedures for engaging with external parties.
Course Description
The course consists of 11 learning topics, each of which can be completed in 7 to 10 minutes. This format allows participants the flexibility to learn at their own pace, anytime and anywhere. Overall, the course is designed to take approximately 2 hours to complete.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will have a clear understanding of ICAO’s principles and procedures for managing partnerships with external entities. They will be able to apply these guidelines to ensure that all interactions align with ICAO's strategic goals and maintain the organization's integrity.

- Conduct due diligence and evaluate the suitability of external parties.
- Navigate the approval process for different types of ICAO agreements.

Primary Target Population
Primary target audience:
This course is designed for ICAO staff, members of delegations and representatives of the panel/ working groups.
Secondary target audience:
This course is also designed for current TPP members who wish to enhance their knowledge of ICAO’s Policy on Interactions with external stakeholders.
Certificate
The Final Exam consists of 20 multiple-choice questions. You require a grade of 80% to pass, and you are allowed 3 attempts. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive ICAO’s e-Certificate.
