Cross-border Transferability of Aircraft and Compliance with Cape Town Convention
Goal
The workshop is intended to inform and address
(a) the rules, processes, practices and procedures for the cross-border transfer of registration and nationality of aircraft; and (b) implementation of and best practices relating to the deregistration and export-related provisions in the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters specific to Aircraft Equipment, both signed at Cape Town on 16 November 2001.

(b) compliance with international air law instruments, including, without limitation, CTC.
