This course will provide the participants with necessary knowledge, skills and attitude to ensure the flow of aeronautical data and aeronautical information necessary for global air traffic management (ATM) system safety, regularity, economy and efficiency in accordance with ICAO Annex 15 requirements.
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Manage raw data;
Process static data and information;
Process dynamic data and information;
Handle pre and post flight information;
Handle ATS reporting office (ARO) functions.

Current AIS/AIM officers/supervisors;
