Goal

This STP will provide aviation personnel with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to incorporate the core competencies involved with passenger's terminal operations management into their jobs at their home airport.


Learning Objectives

After successfully completing this course, the trainees will be able to:

  • Identify what are the core competencies comprising passenger terminal operations management. 
  • Identify the key practices within each competency.  
  • Assess the core competencies employed at HKIA with those from their home airports.

Passenger Terminal Operations Managers.
