Goal

This course will provide AIS / Aerodrome Officer with basic knowledge, skills and attitudes required to effectively perform their assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with Egyptian Civil Aviation Regulations (ECAR 173 Edition 6 /2016 and ICAO Annex15).

Learning Objectives

- Verify Received Flight Plan submitted before departure

- Respond to the received NOTAM

- Provide Pre-Flight Information bulletien

  • Module 0: Introduction
  • Module 1: Flight Plan Verification
  • Module 2: Respond to received NOTAM
  • Module 3: Issue preflight bulletin

Primary Target Population

AIS aerodrome officers, who would be able to perform the job after training

Entry Requirements

  • Master English Language
  • Should work as AIS Officer
  • Attended basic AIS course
