Goal
This course will provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for managing key health, safety and environment aspects at airports, in accordance with applicable legislations.
Learning Objectives
On completion of the “Managing Health and Safety at Airports” course candidates will be able to:
- Manage hazards
- Manage risks
- Investigate incidents and accidents
Measuring health and safety performance
Primary Target Population
- Line managers
- Supervisors
- Individuals responsible for teams or groups of employees who require a basic knowledge of Health and Safety
Entry Requirements
Entry Requirements:
Participants should have:
- High levels of English language
- Jobs which involve the supervision of team members
Delivery Requirements:
- One- two instructors who specialise in health and safety (it depends on the number of trainees)
- Standard classroom equipped with multi projection capability.
- Materials and Equipments as specified in Facilities Material and Equipment Form.
