This workshop presents the fundamentals of creating and implementing a New Generation Aviation Professional (NGAP) programme. This includes conducting gap analyses, designing outreach programs and training frameworks, and fostering attraction and retention workforce strategies, based on the mandate identified in the Assembly Resolution A39-29.
