Goal

The Course on Commercial Management and Traffic Demand Forecast Applied to the Airport Sector aims to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of the economic and financial dynamics of an airport, with a particular focus on non-aeronautical activities—such as retail, concessions, and other commercial revenue streams.

Participants will gain the tools and practical knowledge needed to implement effective management systems and apply forecasting models and software to anticipate passenger flows and market trends.
