Goal

This course will provide newly hired airport workers with the foundational competencies necessary for airport operations, in accordance with the HKIA airport regulations and guidelines.

Learning Objectives

After successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:

• Determine safety hazards in airport operations;

• Apply preventive measures to safeguard the airport;

• Respond to incidents to ensure airport business continuity.

Newly hired airport workers

Supervisors and managers and other HKIA staff who never received such training before
