Training Competency Development

Goal

This course will provide Training Managers and Civil Aviation personnel necessary competencies to effectively conduct a cursory review by consistently identifying the essential components and elements of competency-based training and assessment packages in accordance with the ICAO Doc 9941 Training Development Guide (TDG), ICAO Doc 8335 and TRAINAIR PLUS Operations Manual.

Learning Objectives

After successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Check the general compliance of the formal application package
  • Check if the course materials equip with the essential elements of CBTA
  • Provide feedback on the cursory review
