Goal

The course aims to provide Instrument Procedures Non RNAV Designers, with knowledge, skills, and attitude to design different types of RNAV / RNP Approaches and ARR / DEP in accordance with ICAO Doc.8168 VII and ECAR PART 311

Learning Objectives

At the end of the course participants will be able to:

  • Apply RNAV / RNP Principle 
  • Apply Turn Protection and Obstacle Assessment
  • Design SID &STAR RNAV Procedure
  • Design RNP APCH

Structure

  • Module 0: Introduction
  • Module 1: Apply RNAV NPA Principle
  • Module 2: Apply Turn Protection and Obstacle Assessment.
  • Module 3: Design SID &STAR RNAV Procedure
  • Module 4: Design RNP PACH.
