This course will provide PRM service agents with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to provide service to passengers with disabilities on air transport in accordance with the order N 24 of Ministry of Transport of Russian Federation dated 15 February 2016 “Rules on servicing passengers with disabilities in airports and on board of aircraft”

After successful completion of the course, the participants will be able to:

• Maintain personal readiness to serve PRM.
• Maintain organisational readiness to serve PRM.
• Perform procedures on servicing passengers with reduced mobility in airport.
