The Course aims to equip the newly recruited aviation employees with knowledge, skills and attitudes required to manage hazards and its associated risks within the aerodrome for enhanced safety best practices for sustainable aviation business in accordance with ICAO DOC. 9859, ICAO Annex 14, ICAO TRAINING MANUAL PART IV, NCAA AC-ARD016 & FAAN MMIA SMS MANUAL.

• Carry out daily serviceability inspection of aerodrome operational areas
• Conduct Safety risk assessment
• Execute on-the-spot awareness training for Aerodrome stakeholders on Aerodrome safety operational procedures

• Module 0: Introduction
• Module 1: Daily serviceability inspection of aerodrome operational areas
• Module 2: Safety risk assessment
• Module 3: On-the-spot awareness training for Airport stakeholders on Airport safety operational procedures

The newly recruited employees in Aviation industry responsible for executing the responsibilities of their various departmental operations. 

The immediate superiors (mid-managers: Grade level 10-13) who needs the training to carry out their jobs effectively.
