This course will equip Inspectors with the competencies to oversee the implementation of ICAO language proficiency requirements and associated processes in accordance with ICAO Annex 1 (Personnel Licensing).

After successful completion of the course, participants will be able to:

• Identify provisions associated with oversight of implementation of ICAO language proficiency requirements. 
• Apply oversight guidelines and principles in the area of implementation of ICAO language proficiency requirements
