Goal

To enable participants to set up and manage an effective mentoring program for the Civil Aviation Sector


Learning Objectives

By the end of the two-day programme, participants will be able to

  • Describe the rationale and context of Fly with mentoring
  • Describe the main factors of success to set up the mentoring programme
  • Manage an effective workplace mentoring programme
  • Define the essential building blocks that underpin workplace mentoring programmes
  • Apply the key skills required to be effective Mentors and Mentees
  • Create an action plan to support effective workplace mentoring programmes

HR specialists in civil aviation


Entry Requirements

Participants in this programme should have understanding of managing corporate culture, human resources, managing human resources in the company, developing feedback skills, attraction and recruitment, personal development. 5 years + of experience in aviation or aerospace will be desirable.

Educational background in the areas of Human resources, MBA, ,Aviation Business administration, Safety Management, Airline Management, Aviation Safety, or Human Factors would be welcomed.

Professional level of English is required for this programme.
