Goal

The course provides Aircraft Engine Maintenance Technicians and Inspectors with competencies to perform PW150A borescope inspection in accordance with PW150A Maintenance Manual, Q400 DASH 8 Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) and Borescope Equipment User’s Manuals.

Learning Objectives

The Objective of the course is to enable Engine Maintenance Technicians /Inspectors to:

  • Prepare for borescope inspection of PW150A Engine. 
  • Conduct borescope inspection on the PW150A Engine.
  • Interpret the PW150A borescope inspection findings.
  • Perform documentation PW150A borescope inspection results.

Entry Requirements

Aircraft Engine Maintenance Technicians & Inspectors with a minimum of three years’ experience on engine maintenance.

Able to read, speak, write and understand the English language
