Goal

To impart to the surveillance air traffic controller with the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to minimize and control the incident of unstable approach as per standards and recommended practices laid down in Doc.4444 and Annex 11.


Learning Objectives

On completion of this course the trainee will be able to:

  • Identify causes of unstable approach
  • Initiate action to prevent unstable approach
